Rachel Kladias is a Yoga Alliance–certified 500-hour yoga teacher, vinyasa and yin instructor, and founder of Rachel Kavela Yoga, an online platform dedicated to building strength, mobility,
and resilience through mindful movement.
With over 30 years of personal practice and more than 15 years of teaching experience, Rachel’s approach to yoga goes beyond flexibility. Her teaching blends intentional yoga sequencing, mobility work, and functional strength training to help students develop a strong, stable body and a calm, focused mind.
Through Rachel Kavela Yoga, she offers classes, workshops, and specialized trainings designed to help students move better, feel stronger, and build lasting resilience both on and off the mat.
Rachel believes yoga should meet you exactly where you are. Her teaching focuses on helping students develop mobility, balance, stability, and confidence through mindful, purposeful movement.
Her philosophy is simple: yoga is not about achieving the most advanced pose. It is about cultivating a practice that supports a strong body, a calm mind, and a resilient life.

A slower-paced class involving variations of seated and supine poses held for 3 5 minutes. A more meditative approach to yoga, giving you space to turn inward and tune into both your mind and the physical sensations of your body. For all levels.

Rachel Kavela Virtual Vinyasa Yoga
Every Thursday Morning 7:00 - 8:15 AM
Wake up with stretching and strengthening asanas in your own home. Flowing from one asana to the next, connecting the breath with the movement. A variety of postures will be explored, making each class different. A more active approach to yoga. For all levels.
